Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors under Rule 4.127 for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, passing the following resolution: “That the Liquidator’s remuneration be taken on a time cost basis and be paid on account.
