At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held virtually on 02 February 2022 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QE, (IP No. 9650) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 2 February 2022 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice as Liquidator of the Comapny.
