A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (Registered no. 091428724) of 127A Sneyd Lane Walsall, WS3 2 LR, presented on 28 September 2018  by  SPOTCAP UK LIMITED  of 14 James Street, LONDON, WC2E 8BU, (the Petitioner), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Rolls House, 7 Rolls Building, LONDON, EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 14 November 2018, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
