"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gavin Bates (IP No. 8983) of Smart Business Recovery Limited, The Old Rectory, Main Street, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8DG be appointed Liquidator of the Company and be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets."
