Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Rule 2.28(8) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, a meeting of creditors of the above company will be held within BDO LLP, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX on 20 December 2018 at 11.00 am, for the purpose of considering the following resolution: “That the Joint Administrators may draw a fee of £20,000 (excl VAT) and outlays of £82.28 (excl VAT) for the period 27 October 2016 to 26 October 2018, and the unrecovered balance of time costs (£13,254.65) for the period 27 October 2016 to 26 October 2018 be written off.” A resolution at the meeting will be passed, if a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it. A creditor will be entitled to vote at the meeting, only if a claim has been lodged with me, at the meeting or before the meeting at BDO LLP, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX and it has been accepted for voting purposes in whole or in part.
