The Company was placed into members’ voluntary liquidation on 12 March 2020 when Jason Dean Greenhalgh (IP No. 009271) and Ian McCulloch (IP No. 18532) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, No 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9HF were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.

Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before 9 April 2020 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the undersigned Jason Greenhalgh of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, No. 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9HF the Joint Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing to prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in any such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

This notice is purely formal; the Company is able to pay all its known creditors in full.
