NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened at 23 Kitchener Road, Dover, Kent, CT17 9PD on 7 August 2017 the following special resolution was passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

The Company also passed the following ordinary resolutions:

That Mark Wilson and Matthew Robert Haw of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 9th Floor, 25 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

That the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.
