1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Peter Hall and Carrie James of SKSi, Unit 1, First Floor, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2FX be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”.
