Notice is hereby given that we, Brett Lee Barton (IP No. 9493) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Office 2, Broomhall Business Centre, Broomhall Lane, Broomhall, Worcester, WR5 2NT and Julie Anne Palmer (IP No. 8835) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 8a Carlton Crescent, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2EZ the Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company.

It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 4 April 2019. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.
