Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by John Dean Cullen and Bethan Louise Evans, the Joint Liquidators, to the creditors of Apollo Ventilation Systems Limited, that I intend declaring a first and final distribution to non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 14 March 2019, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators at Menzies LLP, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff, CF10 5SF and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

Non-preferential unsecured creditors who do not prove their debt by 14 March 2019 will be excluded from this dividend. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
