Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Liquidator proposes declaring a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company.

The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 9 April 2021 to submit their proofs to the undersigned Mrs E T F Sale, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the interim dividend.

Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends to declare a first interim dividend within 2 months of the last date for proving.

Last date for receiving proofs: 9 April 2021.
