A petition to wind up the above named company Apex Scaffolding (Blackpool) Limited of Beckett House, Sovereign Court, Wyrefields, Poulton Le Fylde, Lancashire, FY6 8JX (Registered Office) presented on 16 October 2019 by GENERATION (UK) LIMITED of Trinity Street, Off Tat Bank Road, Oldbury, West Midlands, B69 4LA (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 27 November 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard)
