RESOLUTIONS PASSED 14 DECEMBER 2016

At a General Meeting of the shareholders of the above named company, duly convened and held at Excelsior House, Barnards Way, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 2HD on 14 December 2016, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Andrew John Turner, FCCA, of Lovewell Blake LLP, Excelsior House, 9 Quay View Business Park, Barnards Way, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 2HD be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
