Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 September 2021, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rehan Ahmed (IP No. 20390) and Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

This notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("The Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting Rehan Ahmed of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham NG9 7AA.
