At a general meeting of the Company held at Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH on 6 August 2018 at 10.00 am, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeremy Willmont (IP No. 9044) of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company.”

At a meeting of creditors held on the same day the creditors appointed Jeremy Willmont of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH and Adam Stephens of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY as Joint Liquidators. The Joint Liqudiators are to act either alone or jointly.
