"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris McKay (IP No. 009466) and Chris Williams (IP No. 008772) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up with authority to act either jointly or separately in all matters."
