A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of 1 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5AB presented on 29 July 2022 by JBXE Limited (registered in Guernsey with registered no. 68612) named in the Petition of Montrachet, 45 York Way, Fort George, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY21 2SY, c/o 55 Princess Street, Manchester, M2 4EW, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Insolvency and Companies List at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 21 September 2022 at at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 20 September 2022.
