A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Anzeck Packaging Limited (10879074) whose registered office is Anzeck, Florence Street, Bradford, BD3 8EX whose nature of business is, Manufacture of plastic packing goods presented on 7 June 2019, at 10.00 by BASF SE (A Company incorporated under the laws of Germany) of 67056 Ludwigshafen Germany, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Monday 30th September 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
