At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened, and held at 109 Cornmow Drive, London, NW10 1BB on 18 January 2021, at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Frederick Shambrook (IP No. 22290) and Geoffrey Paul Rowley (IP No. 8919) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
