A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Anthony Johnston Installations Ltd (08419455) of 17 Sirdar Road, Rayleigh, Essex SS6 7XF, Pinnacle House, 2-10 Rectory Road, Benfleet, Essex SS7 2ND (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 43320 - Joinery installation, presented on Wednesday 01 June 2022, at 16:00 by PAUL HAGGER, of 132 Swan Lane, Runwell, Wickford, Essex SS11 7DH claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Insolvency and Companies List, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 20 July 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
