"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Georgina Marie Eason (IP No. 9688) and Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) both of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed Joint Liquiators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
