At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL on 28 April 2020 at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) and Simon Bonney (IP No. 9379) both of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under act enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
