Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 28 November 2019 as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Kubik (IP No. 9220) and Brian Johnson (IP No. 9288) both of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators."
