A petition to wind up the above-named Company, Anglo-Europe Minerals Limited, of 144-146 Buckingham Place Road, London SW1W 9TR, whose nature of business is general merchants, exporters, importers, manufacturers, presented on Tuesday, 30th April 2019 at 16:05 by MOS S.A., a company registered under the laws of Switzerland (registered/ID number CHE-137.532.734) of Via Ferruccio Pelli No.10, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England & Wales, Insolvency & Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday, 12th June 2019 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
