At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Unit 13, Spur Trading Estate, Postmill Close, Wymondham, NR18 0NL on 26 July 2022 at 12.00 pm the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jo Watts (IP No. 23310) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 1RE be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
