On 1 November 2017 the written resolutions of the shareholders were delivered to the proposed liquidators of the Company. The written resolutions, as detailed below, became effective on 1 November 2017.

"That the Company be and it is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Martin Maloney (IP No. 9628) and John Titley (IP No. 8617) both of Leonard Curtis, Leonard Curtis House, Elms Square, Bury New Road, Whitefield, Manchester, M45 7TA be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
