At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 77a Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP on 14 February 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Samuel J Talby (IP No. 9404) and Stratford Hamilton (IP No. 12212) both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or severally."
