Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Companies has been convened and will be held by correspondence at Deloitte LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3BQ, on 27 June 2016 for the purpose of forming a Liquidation Committee (Section 141 Insolvency Act 1986), or, if a Liquidation Committee is not formed passing a Resolution to fix the basis on which the Joint Liquidators will be remunerated (Rule 4.127 Insolvency Rules 1986).
