Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.54 of The Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of the Creditors of the above named Companies has been convened, on 28 April 2017 and will be held by correspondence at Deloitte LLP, Four Brindleyplace, Birmingham, B1 2HZ for the purpose of fixing the basis on which the Joint Liquidators will be remunerated (Rule 4.127 of the Insolvency Rules 1986). A Voting Form is available and must be lodged no later than 28 April 2017 to entitle you to vote at the meeting together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not lodged one already.
