“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Scott Graham Bastick (IP No. 13930) of Condies Business Recovery and Insolvency Limited, 10 Abbey Park Place, Dunfermline, Fife, KY12 7NZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”
