"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Simmons (IP No. 9022) and Karyn Jones (IP No. 8562) both of Shaw Gibbs Insolvency Ltd, 264 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DY be and hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
