Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 September 2021, as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) and Mark Upton (IP No. 009594) both of Ensors, Third Floor Connexions Building, 159 Princes Street, Ipswich IP1 1QJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
