NOTICE is hereby given that on 26 July 2019 a Petition by Andover Development Company Limited, Company No. SC485764, registered office address 30 Binghill Road West, Milltimber, Aberdeen, AB13 0JB was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen craving the court inter alia to order that the said Andover Development Company Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint interim liquidators of the said Company, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 30 July 2019 ordered all parties desirous of opposing said Petition to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk in Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service.
