“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Woodthorpe (IP No. 18370) and Simon Harris (IP No. 11372) both of ReSolve Partners Limited, 22 York Buildings, John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6JU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
