Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 12 July 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) and Colin David Wilson (IP No. 9478) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London, NW1 2DX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators."
