A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Anaiya V Ltd (12223602) whose registered office is Suite 2, Rosehill 165 Lutterworth Road, Blaby Leicester LE8 4DY whose nature of business is 46410 – Wholesale of textiles, 46420 – Wholesale of clothing and footwear presented on 26 May 2022 by BOOSTE S.A. (A Company incorporated under the laws of Poland) of Aleja Piastów 22, 71-064 Szczecin Poland claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 13 July 2022 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
