Notice is hereby given that on 11 December 2019 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court (GLW-L242-2019) by Declan Diver, Richard Gourlay, Ian Muirhead, Hugh Potts, Gareth Voyle and IP2IPO Services Limited, Directors, craving the Court inter alia that Anacail Limited a Company incorporated under the Com­panies Acts, with Company Number SC388133, having its registered office at First Floor, South Suite, Telford Pavilion, West of Scotland Science Park, Maryhill Road, Glasgow, G20 0XA be wound up by the Court and that Ian Wright and Scott Milne of WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 W George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB, Insolvency Practitioners to be provisional liquid­ators of the said company; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 11 December 2019 ordered any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers with Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after service, intimation or advertise­ment; all of which notice is hereby given.
