At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH on 9 June 2017 at 10.30 am the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under an insolvent winding up procedure and that Amie Johnson (IP No. 18570) of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company.”
