Notice is hereby given that on 23rd November 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton craving the Court inter alia that AMS & SONS GROUND ENGINEERING LTD., with its Registered Office at 8 Dove Place, Gardenhall, East Kilbride, G75 8PN be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by interlocutor dated 23rd November 2020 ordained the said AMS & Sons Ground Engineering Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
