A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 1339 High Road, London, N20 9HR, presented on 18 December 2017 by ACCESS FLOORING SERVICES (SPECIAL WORKS) LTD of (In Liquidation) and Andrew Tate and Maxine Reid (in their capacity as Joint Liquidators of Access Flooring Services (Special Works) Ltd ("the Petitioners") whose address is Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4QU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on the 14 February 2018 at 10.30 am (or as soon therefter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of Intentions to do so to the Petitioners' Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 by 16.00 hours on 13 February 2018.
