"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Dunham (IP No. 8376) of Dunham Dean Advisory Ltd, Suite 26, Century Building, Brunswick Business Park, Tower Street, Liverpool, L3 4BJ and Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) of MHA MacIntyre, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
