Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened at 10 Berkeley Avenue, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 8UA on 28 May 2020 the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Allen (IP No. 008740) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicestershire, LE19 1SD and Diana Frangou (IP No. 9559) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, St Philips Point, Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5AF be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company."
