At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Jamno 73b, 99-400 Lowicz, Poland on 11 June 2020 the following resolutions were passed:

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Shona Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of MHA Henderson Loggie, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”

No 1. as a Special Resolution and No 2. as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company.
