A Petition to wind up the above-named company of AMFI Logistics Ltd (08931568) of Eventus Sunderland Road, Northfields Industrial Estate, Market Deeping, Lincolnshire PE6 8FD, whose nature of business is Temporary employment agency activities, presented on Friday 13 March 2020, at 14:56 by MORGAN FUEL & LUBES LIMITED, of 254 Dublin Road, Killeen, Newry, County Down BT35 8RL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, Birmingham Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS on Wednesday 29 April 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
