"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Randall (IP No. 9051) and Mark Roach (IP No. 9231) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol, BS1 2BD be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
