At a General Meeting of the Member of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 5 The Vale, London N10 1AD on 16 August 2021 the following resolutions were passed by the Member:

1 as a Special Resolution and 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Anthony Hyams of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH be appointed Liquidator of the Company".
