Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that we, Steven Leslie Smith (IP No. 6424) and Henry Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 78 London Road, St Albans AL1 1NS the Joint Supervisors of the above named Company, intend paying an interim dividend to the creditors within 21 days of the last date of proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required on or before 12 February 2018, the last day for proving, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Joint Supervisors and if so requested by them, provide any document or other evidence which the Joint Supervisors consider is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim. Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving may be excluded from the benefit of this dividend.

In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, a creditor who debt is a 'small debt' not exceeding ÂŁ1000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend unless the creditor advises the Joint Supervisors that the amount of the debt is incorrect (or no debt is owed) and submit a proof of debt by the last date for proving.
