A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Alvastone Property and Development Limited (08628401) of 56 Munsbrough Lane, Rotherham S61 4NT, 56 Munsbrough Lane, Rotherham S61 4NT (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is development of building projects, presented on Monday 21 October 2019, at 10:00 by ROTHERHAM METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL, of Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham S60 1AE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency List (Ch), Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 09 December 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
