“That the company by wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB and Chad Griffiin, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD, (IP Nos. 18910 and 9528) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
