Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 February 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rob Keyes (IP No. 8841) and David Taylor (IP No. 13790) both of KRE Corporate Recovery LLP , Hedrich House, 14-16 Cross Street, Reading, RG1 1SN be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
